Coaching covers: limiting beliefs, reframing, mission and narrative, habits, organization, overwhelm, ADHD, and tour burnout.

The industry is unusually good at making artists doubt themselves. A missed milestone or a slow month quietly becomes evidence of a story about your own worth. Coaching interrupts that. We work on the internal architecture of a sustainable career, because no strategy lands if the person executing it is running on empty.

Our Ekō System courses give you practical, healthy training to build a thriving artist life: mindset, strategy, protecting your energy, nurturing relationships, habits and beliefs, plus branding and financial literacy.

Ekō System is completely free for artists on our coaching and consulting roster.

For a select few clients, we run social media so you can get your time back to do what you do best: make music.

We handle content ideation (focused on what's effective, not what keeps you busy), scheduling across up to three platforms, and paid campaigns. The goal is to elevate the brand, stay aligned, grow steadily, and keep the process low-friction.

For select projects, we go hands-on across the full creative and business arc:

Creative Development: song selection, co-writing facilitation, song design, and producer/engineer/studio pairing
Brand & Visual Identity: creative direction and pairing with photographers, videographers, stylists, and designers
Industry & Team Building: industry relations, team building, and the right collaborators
Marketing & Promotion: publicist pairing, video promotion, and physical media (billboards, posters, subway, screens)
Rights & Financial Planning: publishing and master rights, royalty structure, licensing strategy, and financial literacy for your catalog, through our trusted network
